ORDER APPROVAL

Please review your order prior to submitting. Effective October 1, 2015, Shatter Labels will no longer accept changes to orders that have been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process.

Shatter Labels is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, Graphics, Bleeds, Grammar, Damage Fonts, Punctuation, Wrong cuts, Incorrect or Missing Folds, Die Lines, Crop Marks, Transparency, Overprint, Finished Product Size. We DO NOT make any changes on customer files.

INDEMNITY

By submitting your order to Shatter Labels, "I agree to the following terms." I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.

CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK OR GRAPHICS

Shatter Labels is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK. All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. Shatter Labels is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixelated due to customer provided artwork. Shatter Labels is not responsible for any color shift in converted photographs (RGB images) with black, near black, or gray tones. Color shifts from a perceived black or gray must be addressed prior to file submission. Proofs do not guarantee black, near black or gray final output.

Design

CAREFULLY EXAMINE YOUR PROOF BEFORE REPLYING AN APPROVAL. THE PURPOSE OF A PROOF IS TO ELIMINATE ERRORS OR DISSATISFACTION. YOUR APPROVAL INDICATES THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHARGES TO RE-MAKE OR CHANGE A JOB IN THE EVENT THAT YOU SIGNED OF ON A PROOF THAT CONTAINED AN ERROR (YOURS OR OURS) INCLUDING SPELLING ERRORS. WE ALSO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME TO RE-MAKE OR CHANGE YOUR JOB AND THIS WILL EFFECT THE DUE DATE OR A NEW ORDER REPRINT SUBMISSION THAT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM OF 20 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING ON THE PRODUCT.

Logo Design Orders

LOGO ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CUSTOMER'S CONCEPT AND WILL REQUIRE CUSTOMER'S INPUT.


We depend on your vision for your future logo as it is a representation of your company. Please make sure to clearly state your ideas, provide reference images, reference fonts (see sites like dafont.com for inspiration), reference color schemes, and other ideas. If you have rough sketches, please send them over for evaluation of placement of elements on your logo. Our designers only work with what you provide and won't be able to continuously redesign your logo previews if the concept provided is changed every other time. As we would love to help you make your vision come alive in the design, as we have helped thousands of other customers, it is up to your discretion to be as clear as possible and stick to the idea throughout the process. Once we design something, we can rework / refine it based on your input, however that does not implement a total redesign of a concept, new concepts, or other ideas you may input after the initial submission. Once a preview is presented, it is solely based on your initial concept. We do not work with "Just come up with something", or "I am totally open to your creativity",as creativity is totally subjective and we don't know what your company represents. The essence of what you require needs to be stated when you order the logo. Thank you.

Please note, if you have a logo that is a pixelated image, jpeg file, sketch or outdated version of what you would like, please submit your existing drafts/logo files to us, and we will re-create the idea, and enhance it as we can, to make you stand out. Once you submit materials, the design will not be re-made as a new concept. The re-make will be based on what you are submitting, with any input you provide that you would like to be included.

PLEASE NOTE THAT LOGO DESIGN AND LOGO FILE DELIVERY IS LIMITED TO LOGO FILE ONLY. LOGO DESIGN DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LAYOUTS OR TEMPLETIZED FILES OF OUR PRODUCTS SUCH AS ENVELOPES, BOXES, MYLAR PACKAGING, PINS, APPAREL, STICKERS, TRADESHOW PRODUCTS OR OTHER FILES OFFERED BY US FOR CUSTOMIZATION. A LOGO DESIGN ONLY CONTAINS ONE LOGO FILE THAT FEATURES A LOGO IN ITS BASIC FINALIZED FORM. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FILES CONTAINING THE FULL DESIGN OF OUR PRODUCTS OR ITS DIE CUT TEMPLATES.

Logo Orders cannot be cancelled and will not be refunded if the logo &/or design work has been started and a preview of the work has been provided. If you do not provide a clear design direction and our team starts working on your logo based on initial ideas or directions you supplied, please be aware that no refunds will be issued after the work process on your logo has been started. Our team is working hard to create logos based solely on the directions and wishes you provide. If you don't have a clear vision of your logo, how could we?

Absolutely no refunds on logo work will be provided after the first logo draft preview has been sent over to you.

Print

Items printed with Foil: Please note that all materials printed with foil (any foil colors) have a chance of slight transfer/pigmentation. There is a chance of gold/ foil specks transferring over to skin, or other materials. This is only temporary. All glitter, foil materials are at risk of doing so, which is not harmful or drastic, however it is a material that is highly pigmented and hence is at risk for material transfer. Slightly wipe off your materials with a cloth.

Items printed in Full Color:  Please note that all items printed in full color are printed so in CMYK color. We no longer utililize Pantone Swatches for print, as to be able to print a more wider variety of hues. Please note that if your original logo/design is not submitted to us in CMYK format, there will be color changes that may occur during print because web colors have a much brighter appearance than CMYK color tones.  Please make sure your designer adjusts the files to CMYK format via Adobe Illustrator (File>Document Color Mode>Save)  and saves the file as such before submitting it to us.

Items printed in Full Color + Foil:  Please note that complex designs that are an intermix of full color and foil have a chance of shifting design aspects. If your design features complex patterns, or overlapping of full color and foil materials, there's a chance that some products will experience a print shift. If you sign off on a complicated design at your request, and experience a shift in gold foil, we are not going to be able to issue a refund or a reprint on such an order. Please make sure your design is not too complex, as we would like to continue producing quality products only and do not condone complex print matters on a small format packaging such as Envelopes, small boxes, jar packaging, stickers etc.

No refunds are due for any issues described. Please consult with us via email if you are experiencing any of this, or refer to the information above.

ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Shatter Labels will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval . Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order. If your order was submitted for print after your approval, the order can no longer be cancelled at that time and no refunds will be issued as our team is already hard at work at this stage.

Orders may NOT be cancelled or refunded once they have gone into production or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been Printed or any process thereafter, including but not limited to Printing, Coating, and / or Finishing. Once the order has been placed successfully, No Refunds are issued for the Logo, and Graphic design services.

Absolutely no refunds will be provided for materials already printed and delivered to the customer. This includes Posters, Business Cards, any personalized Printed Materials, Canopies, Table Cloths, Stickers, Labels, and Other materials supplied. If the customer agreed to the proof presented and did not provide any further instructions regarding materials or any specifics for the order, the order is continuously printed per the knowledge of our printers. Unless clearly specified any specifics and our team agrees on the possibility of printing in such a manner, we do not accept or will accept any responsibility for expectations not met, as we abide by strict printing rules, follow standard printing procedures and expect for the customer to provide clear instructions for their print if they need a specific print weight, print material. We do not have any purpose for your returned materials, and no refunds will be provided once resources have been invested and there are no critical print errors in spelling or design.

Shatter Labels is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to the customer mistake.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY CUSTOM ENGRAVED OR CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS MID OR POST PRODUCTION

ORDER SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shatter Labels will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Shatter Labels be liable for any consequential or damages resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery. Shatter Labels customers agree not to hold Shatter Labels liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Shatter Labels' direct control. Shatter Labels shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers.

Shatter Labels will always act to make sure that delivery schedules are met within the provided time frame of a minimum of 20 business days, excluding holidays. Larger orders or commercial trade-show product orders require longer printing times of up to 30 days.

Shatter Labels can only use its own shipping account and will not use customer provided account numbers for any couriers. We don't ship to P.O. Boxes and in the case of an alternative shipping address, will require a proof of ID for the original billing address.

SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES

Lost or damaged claims can only be filed for shipments over $50.00 in value and can only be done after 30 days from package shipment. Shatter Labels is not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions or damaged shipments.

RMA POLICY (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION)

If a print is found to be defective, then you may contact Shatter Labels for a reprint or other compensation. Shatter Labels must be contacted IN WRITING via e-mail within 6 business days of receiving your order. If product is deemed defective, Shatter Labels will reprint the product after receiving the defective product back, or you will be offered a discount off your next order.

CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Shatter Labels will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.
